Evaluate the efficiency of some chemical And biological treatment in protect Potato  yield from infection the Fungus Fusarium  solani and effects

exudates on somephysiological  and  Biochemical  parameters in

Male white rats

 

 

                                                          Summary

 

This study aims to create means effectivety  to protect  potato yield from infection disease Dry Rot which caused the Fungus fasrium solani in natural storage through experimentation the  efficiency of  some chemical treatment  (Rovral, Urea and chloride sodium ) and biological treatment  (vaccine bacteria Pseudomonas flurescens )as well as study the pathological   effects F.solani  exudates on rats (Mal) from  aspect physiological and Biochemical 

The results of laboratory experiments showed that a better temperature for growth the fungus F.solani it is  (30 m ) which  was the mean of diameter colony (6.5) cm  and significantly deferent from remnant temperature . the better culture medium for  growth the fungus is the media potato  extract  and Dextrose (P.D.A) which  was the mean of  diameter colony (6.8) cm .

Rovral Fungicid proved  high efficiency  in inhibiting the radial growth of fungus F.solani at rate 100% in culture media of both concentration  0.1&0.2% and stated  vaccine bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens in second order from where inhibition the fungus (88%).whereas urea showed medial effect in inhibition which was (51%) at concentration 1% and the result cleared chloride sodium the least treatment efficiency in inhibition the fungus F.solani which was 37.2% at 0.1% .

The results of the strorage experiment had cleared that is the wound importance in increased infection tubercle by fungus which was percentage infection in wound tubercle 33.8%  while in tubercle not wound 3.1% and the wound effecte on mean weight of tubercle was 234 gm in tubercle not wound but  decreased in tubercle wound to 202.2 gm .the chemical and biological treatment showed efficiency in reducing the percentage of tubercle infection with fungus F.solani. Rovral treatment that is the better treatment inreducing percentage to 1.1% while equality treatment urea and bacteria P.Fluorescenc in mean percentage reducing was 15.5% successively but effects treatment on weight urea showed efficiency in diaper of weight tubercle was 241.6 gm and stated roval in second order 233.4 gm.

While result iterpenetration showed tubercle with treatment both rovral and urea which not wound the lest infection by fungus in F.solani was 0.6&0.5% successively while treatment bacteria P.Fluorescens  do not avaelbility protection from infection with fungus in both wound tubercle to lead to increase percentage infection to 96.6% . this study demostrat  the Fsolani exdates caused reducing significant(p<0.05) in total leucoctyte count (W.B.Cs) which reduced to (1040 cell /mm3 )comparaid with control treatment which was (5600 cell/mm3) .and the exudates effets on (G.P.T)glutamate pyruvate transaminas activity which showed icreasing significantly was (24 u/l)when was compared with control treatment (7.8 u/l)as well reducing significantly which caused by exudates on weight of rats was (23.9%)
