Formation of oxadiazole derivatives ligands from condensation and imination reaction with reference to spectral investigation, thermal and microbial assay

ABSTRACT : Our synthesized ligands started from condensation reaction between carboxylic acid containing carboxyl
or dicarboxyl groups with semicarbazide compound, cyclization reaction to formation oxadiazole derivatives, which
reacted with aldehyde to yield imine compounds, which reacted with benzene sulphonyl chloride or alkylation reaction
with hydroxyl group in phenol and other reactions in this work to formation ligands from oxadiazol derivatives. The
formatted ligands were characterized through spectral identification such as (FT.IR,
1H.NMR, thermal measurements,
Microbial assay).
Key words : Oxadiazole, microbial, sulphone.
