Master thesis of the Faculty of Science on early detection of sickle cell anemia associated with nephropathy

A master thesis at the faculty of Science at the University of Kufa discussed the evaluation of some vital signs of sickle cell disease associated with nephropathy.
The thesis submitted by student Doaa Amer Kazim aims to measure vitally important evidence for early detection of the incidence of sickle cell disease associated with renal and glomerular impairment.
The thesis included measuring some important evidence Such as nephrin and soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sflt-1)) And Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs).
The results of the biomarker measurements reached an increase in patients and a negative association with low creatinine and urea, which can be used for early detection of sickle cell anemia associated with renal and glomerular impairment.
