University of Kufa discusses the effect of gentamicin on the implantation of the fetus in pregnant rats

The Faculty of Science at the University of Kufa discussed a master thesis on the
histopathological effect of gentamicin on the implantation of the sacral sac and some
organs in pregnant rats.
The purpose of the thesis presented by the student (Ashraf Raouf) is to know the
effect of gentamicin on the implantation of the fetus as well as its effect on the
mother's organs.
The study found no effect of gentamicin on implantation of embryos but caused tissue
effects on organs of the fetus, such as the liver and kidneys. The drug also had a
significant effect on pregnant mothers.
