Master Thesis at the Faculty of Science at the University of Kufa discussed the synergistic effect of antibiotics and antibiotics against pathogenic bacteria isolated from wound infections

The thesis of the student Ahmed Shandoukh Khudair is aimed to isolate and diagnose the pathogenic bacteria causing wounds.

The thesis included the diagnosis of isolates using DNA sequence and the registration of four isolates at the NCBI site, including a strain isolated and diagnosed for the first time in Iraq.

The thesis recommended the use of some types of biological enhancers that are effective for wound bacteria as an alternative to antibiotics or as an aid to get rid of the side effects resulting from taking antibiotics.
