The Department of Laboratory Investigations is holding a seminar on the role of circulating cancer cells in the blood in the diagnosis of cancer and the effectiveness of treatment

The Department of Laboratory Investigations held a seminar on the role of circulating cancer cells in the blood in cancer diagnosis and treatment efficacy. The episode included a lecture by Dr. Ali Adel Majeed, in which he dealt with how to diagnose circulating cancer cells present in the blood for the purpose of benefiting from them in the evaluation of hormonal and chemotherapy. The seminar concluded that there is no effect of cancer cells on the treatments currently used in Iraq
