A master’s thesis in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, University of Kufa, investigated the design and implementation of a microstrip antenna and the improvement of its time-domain finite-difference method.
The thesis submitted by the Ali Aboudi Rashid, aimed at a theoretical and practical design of a microstrip antenna operating within a frequency (2.4 GHZ) used in medical and commercial applications, and working to improve its properties in several ways using the (CST STUDIO SUIT 2021) program.
The results of the thesis reached to obtain a significant increase in the width of the beam, which reached 75% when drilling slots in the base, with obtaining acceptable results between the practical and theoretical results of up to 90%.
