The Department of laboratory Investigations held a seminar on finding new methods in diagnosing wheat allergy.
The seminar included a lecture by researcher Mahmoud Shaker, supervised by Dr. Musallam Eidan, in which he dealt with the use of various cytokines based on gene and protein expression in the initial stages of infection for the purpose of diagnosing wheat allergy.
