A seminar in the Laboratory Investigation Department on the informational analysis of microbial RNA among vaccinated individuals

 

The Department of Laboratory Investigation held a seminar entitled Informational Analysis of the MicroRNA Molecule of Some Vaccines in Najaf Governorate.

The seminar included a lecture given by Assistant Lecturer Mohamed Karim Saeed, in which he dealt with the research that involved taking samples from vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, isolating RNA, identifying microbial RNA and introducing it into the polymerase chain reaction, after which the genetic sequencing process is completed to read all the sequences using biocomputer techniques.

The seminar concluded that the results of the research showed a change in the secondary composition of microbial RNA among the vaccinated, while no significant difference appeared among the people who did not receive the vaccine.
