The President of the University of Kufa inspects the laboratories of the departments of Biology and Earth Sciences in the faculty of Sciences

Prof. Dr. Yasser Lafta Hassoun, the President of the University of Kufa  visited  the faculty of sciences and met with its dean, Dr. Haider Al-Shafi’i. The preparations to receive students were discussed for the current academic year. Hassoun inspected during the visit the laboratories of the departments of earth and biology sciences in the faculty, stressing the necessity of completing the laboratory deficiencies and opening its doors to students and employees of departments and related institutions in the governorate. The visit included “Natural Geology Laboratory, Remote Sensing Laboratory, Geochemistry and minerals Optics Laboratory, Geophysics Laboratory and Molecular Genetics Laboratory and Animal Tissue Culture”.
